Our inner cap speed clamp secures the compression assemblies in the work vise to speed up dis-assembly/assembly as well as reduces the chance of the assembly falling off of the workbench and scattering parts across the floor. The integrated drive key in the base of the pocket keeps the assembly from spinning when torquing, while the split clamp feature secures and stabilizes. Also integrated is a clearance pocket to allow the clicker dials to remain installed.
This speed clamp is intended to be used on 33,5mm WP Pro fork inner caps that are red and contain three spanner slots, not the first generation black inner caps with spanner holes.
Machined from 6061 billet aluminum and black anodized.
*This product works best with bolt-on soft or hard vise jaws. Wrap around style jaw coverings may reduce effectiveness of the tools clamping force based on the inconsistent shape of wrap around style jaw covers.
